Serendipity

Young lovers touch under an azure sky.
They close their eyes to sleep.
Awaken to reflections in the lucid stream.
—They see a love so deep.

Serendipity led them on a gravel path,
To a paradise, they’d never seen before.
Life ultimately led them on separate paths.
—They had much more to explore.

That's the beauty of young love, Vicky! One is given the privilege and the luxury of making a better choice when not just blindly plunge into the first relationship!

  6. What I read here is not so much something ending as other things naturally coming in sequence. It makes it more natural than sad, like it was all just meant to be.

A Fairy Christmas

A chilly breeze, the mistletoe sways. A brush of wings… Fairies may have passed your way. A glitter dusting, a playfu...
